สำหรับปัญหาที่จองไม่ได้คือ
1.ส่งผิดe-mail ที่ถูกต้องต้องส่งมาที่ misterwashman@yahoo.com
2.ไม่ได้แจ้งรายละเอียดคูปองคือ voucher number และredemption code มาพร้อมกับe-mail ทำให้ทางเราไม่สามารถverify codeกับserverของEnsogoได้ครับ
ปล.สำหรับe-mailเราตอบกลับทุกวันไม่มีค้างครับ
     อนึ่ง หากมีข้อขัดข้องประการใดหรือมีปัญหาในเรื่องคุณภาพการบริการ กรุณาติดต่อผมโดยตรงได้ที่  misterwashman@yahoo.com
